१. पृष्ठभूमि शान्ति, सहयोग, सद्भाव र आपसी मेलमिलापमा हाम्रो सहकार्यता । सामाजिक परिवर्तन, समुन्नत समाज निर्माणमा हाम्रो प्रतिवद्धता ।। कुइभीर सेवा समाज, नेपाल सरकार जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय काठमाडौं अन्तर्गत २०६२ साल चैत्र महिनामा स्थापित सामाजिक संस्था हो । यो संस्था स्थापना हुनुभन्दा अगाडि बिभिन्न सामाजिक कार्यहरु सम्पन्न गर्दै, सामाजिक संस्था दर्ता सम्वन्धी कार्यहरु विभिन्न निकायहरु जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय, समाज कल्याण परिषद काठमाण्डौ महानगर पालिका, आन्तरिक राजस्व कार्यालय लगायतका निकायहरुबाट स्वीक्रिती लीइ सहयोग तथा सद्भाब कायाम गर्ने उद्देश्यबाट सबै प्रकारका सामाजिक काम आपसी शाहकार्यबाट गर्न यस संस्थाको स्थापना भएको हो । यस संस्थाको कार्य क्षेत्र नेपाल राज्यभरी रहेको छ । यस संस्थाको सकृय कार्य क्षेत्र ओखल्ढुङ्गा जिल्ला चिसन्खुगढी गाउपालिका वडा न. १ रहेको छ । यस कार्यालयको शाखा कार्यालयहरु हालसम्म स्थापना गरिएका छैनन् । कुइभीर सेवा समाज संस्था दर्ता ऐन २०३४ अन्तर्गत दर्ता भएको सामाजिक संस्था हो
